A FOUNTAIN of Fun Opportunities with this Upcoming Dallas Attraction!
Dallas really never stops surprising me when it comes to its attractions and architecture. Just the other day, they announced the construction of a huge brand-new interactive fountain. The fountain will be situated at Klyde Warren Park and will be designed to serve as an ideal place for all Dallas residents to gather and admire the city’s artistic atmosphere.
But that’s not the major drawing point of this magnificent new development. Once completed, the fountain stands to be the largest and tallest water fountain in the world. You heard me--the proud Lonestar State will be home to a record-breaking attraction that no one has ever seen. It’s quite an impressive feat if you ask me.
The area near Klyde Warren Park is a true marvel; a green spot in the heart of the cityscape. For residents living near the region, the park provides a space for all Dallas residents to congregate and take in the true breadth of the city surrounding them. Once the fountain is in place, the area will be an excellent place for photos and viewings.
For Dallas Residents who are eager to share in the fun of this new attraction, there are many residential apartment options to choose from to get downtown with ease. If you’re living in the Farmer’s Branch area, you’ll luckily have less than a twenty-minute drive over, if you can remember to plan for some mild traffic coming in. Ditto for residents in North Dallas and Richardson. I find that a good place to live in proximity to the area is definitely near the UT Southwestern Medical Center. You can find close, convenient living there from the Lure Apartments to the River Oaks Condominiums. Either way, your commute is sure to be a lot easier coming in towards the park.
The new fountain is going to be more than just a record-beater. There will be a ton of fun features added to the display to make a visit worthwhile. There will be an interactive splash pad, fireworks at night, and an additional 1.7 acres of additional land added to the park for an expanded children’s play area and dog park. Construction for the fountain is slated to start in the summer of 2021 but it’ll all be here before you know it! I’m super excited to see just how huge the attraction will be, especially when the fireworks start lighting off.
