Are You Ready Kids? New Spongebob-Inspired Restaurant Coming to Houston!

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? Spongebob Squarepants! But right now in Houston, guests can experience the beloved yellow icon and his underwater pals at a brand new Bikini Bottom-themed bar, restaurant, and hotel opening for the season!

Running from March 26th to April 25th, the Rusty Krab Experience will be open for business at the Hilton Americas-Houston at 1600 Lamar Street. This fully-interactive event will feature all the iconic Spongebob locations adults and children know and love, from the Krusty Krab to Mrs. Puff Boating School, and more!

And when you’re hungry, you’ll be sure to get your hands on the ever-mouthwatering Krabby Patty. I’ll admit that as a child, this was the fictional food I wanted to try the most, so I’m really excited to see it for real! There will additionally be photo opportunities, along with a Covid-friendly scavenger hunt. It’s a must-see event that you and your family will not want to miss for a moment!

Houston has had a number of these exciting themed bars and restaurants pop up in the area. I still remember the excellent Harry Potter-themed bar last October and it really makes me proud and excited to be a Houstonian. For apartment residents living in the state, finding the best affordable places to live is ideal when it comes to being in the know about what’s going on nearby. Places like Barcelona, Bayou Park, the Broadmead, Capewood, Buena Vista, City West, and Stone Creek are all great living options, from excellent amenities to easy living prices to help you with your personal budgeting preferences. Houston is known for its vast and diverse population and it’s no exception when it comes to finding the perfect spots to live.

Set sail for an absorbing adventure with this popular new attraction! Longtime Spongebob fans are absolutely going to love it. While details are still being announced, check out the main website HERE and join the fun list! All Covid-19 safety measures will be set in place throughout the experience so that everyone can enjoy a safe and healthy atmosphere.
