The Spice of Life at Austin’s Ranger Cattle Chili Fest
Austin always has something going on when it comes to good eating! And on Saturday, March 6th, Austin residents can now enjoy some delicious food, tasty brews, and awesome music at the Ranger Cattle Chili Fest!
So what’s the sitch? The Ranger Cattle Chili Fest is a culmination of a ton of incredible things to see, do, and, most importantly, eat! There will be:
A chili tasting from Austin’s top chefs
Live music
Free cocktails from Jim Beam
Free beer from Independence Brewery
Cow petting and feeding
Dog-friendly accommodations
Goat roping
And more! Those of you with families will find that there will be plenty of activities for the little ones to enjoy and you can even bring man’s best friend along for the ride! And, of course, who could forget getting the chance to taste some truly delicious chili and alcohol? It really adds the full package of satisfying your cravings for adventure as well as your palate! Plus, if you’re an apartment resident living on a budget at some of my favorite Austin locations--Park at Crestview, Treehouse, Woodstone, and The Reserve to name a few--you’ll be happy to know that tickets are only $20 per person and there will be plenty of free opportunities at the festival to enjoy! And, as an outdoor event, you can enjoy some fresh air and sunshine, along with some tasty grilled food and brews.
This event will take place on March 6th starting from 1 pm to 4 pm. You can reserve your tickets in advance HERE. And if you have any major questions or concerns, you can contact them directly at events@rangercattle.com.
The Ranger Cattle Chili Fest really sounds like a fine bit of fun under the sun and I think I’m going to love spending some quality time outdoors with good people and good food. Add some spice to your weekend and let’s go!
