Get Spooky At The Six Flags Fright Fest!

Halloween is coming soon and, with it, comes one of the biggest events at Six Flags!

Fright Fest is always a huge show-stopper when it comes to rustling up some excellent Halloween-themed entertainment. And for those living in the Dallas area near Six Flags Over Texas, there’s a reason to get excited!

This year, the park will feature Thrills By Day, a series of outdoor daytime experiences for the entire family including the brand-new Dead Man’s Wharf and Looney Tunes Spooky Town. There will additionally be plenty of homages to Dia de los Muertos as well as plenty of creepy-crawlies, haunted houses, scare zones, and roaming zombies for some heart-pounding fun! Word is that there will also be six all-new shows and Halloween-themed updates to some of the park’s biggest attractions, adding a layer of thrill-seeking excitement during your visit!

I have fond memories of attending Fright Fest back when my beloved Houston home still housed Astroworld. Dallas and Arlington’s residents certainly don’t have to rely on nostalgia because the fun is literally right at their fingertips! If you’re living at excellent Dallas apartment locations like The Muse and Residence at Lake Highlands, you can definitely expect an easy commute over to the park once you make the trip to Arlington.

Fright Fest will run from September 18th all the way to October 31st. It’s definitely worth every moment, especially if you’re an avid lover of Halloween and horror like I am. Don’t wait up! This spooky, special time of the year only comes around once each fall so it’s important to take advantage of all the greatest seasonal opportunities! I know I certainly will! Set your sights on some ghosts and goblins and prepare for a ghoulishly good time at Six Flag’s Fright Fest!
